8 - разрядные микроконтроллеры STMicroelectronics серии ST7
Отличительные особенности: 8-разрядное ЦПУ, файл регистра, 63 команды,
битовые команды, TRIAC – драйвер, встроенное ОЗУ данных, программируемая
логика снижения мощности, 16-разрядный таймер, реализующий только функцию сброса
(без возможности пуска/останова), работающий в одном из режимов: ШИМ, выходное
сравнение по двум каналам, входной захват, формирование на внешнем выводе импульса
заданной длины при наступлении внешнего события; управление двигателями.
