SEA Company offers you a lamp kit for creating a luminaire with a power of up to 500 W and a service life of 201 000 hours (meaning a reduction in luminous flux to 70% of the initial value during the stated period at a temperature of the crystal Tc = 85 C).
The set consists of:
- strong (IK08) borosilicate glass [Reeth Glass Lens], with a capacity of 95%, a wide range of operating temperature from -55 to +450 C, which allows you to use the future lamp in high ambient temperatures;
- COB MJT 40 W SAW02296A (E0CE3K0) LED matrix [Seoul Semiconductor] with an indisputable durability index of more than 201 000 hours (index L70 – luminous flux of the matrix during this time will decrease to 70% of the initial value at a crystal temperature Tc = 85 C) or more than 61 000 hours of continuous operation (index L90 – luminous flux of the matrix at a temperature on the crystal Tc = 85 C during this time will decrease to 90% of the initial value).

That is, for almost 7 years of continuous operation the luminous flux of the matrix will not fall below 10% of the initial value! By using this kit with a quality XLG power supply [MEAN WELL] and properly assembling the luminaire while observing the "static purity" conditions and COB installation recommendations, you can provide a warranty period for the lamp up to 10 years.
MJT 40 W SAW02296A (E0CE3K0) LED matrix, in particular, has a high maximum temperature on the crystal – up to +140 C and a maximum power of up to 80 W (however, we do not recommend using any light emitting diodes in their maximum modes). One set of "lens + matrix" in this case is advisable to be used at a power of 40-60 watts.
If necessary, the number of modules per profile / housing can be multiplied by the specified capacity. For example, using the LGD-FL-H-500W housing, it is possible to create a lamp of 200-300 W, while providing high-quality heat dissipation (this housing has a working potential of up to 500 W) and, as a result, ensure even less matrix degradation and more operating hours, or have a potential reserve for heat dissipation in operating conditions with elevated external temperatures (cardboard and paper mills, foundry shops).
This solution can be used to illuminate large hub railway stations, large areas around granaries, work areas in and around industrial plants.
