Configuration of the new paid parking lot
- 4 entrances — guarded by entry terminals that issue parking tickets
- 4 exits — each one has an exit terminal with a barcode scanner of parking tickets
- 2 parking lot payment machines that issue change in 2 denominations of banknotes — SEA AP 100 (version 33)
- 2 parking pay stations with exact fare only — SEA AP 100 (version 28)
- 2 parking lot signs (indication for drivers about the number of free parking spaces)
- parking system server and car number recognition server
SEA advanced parking system for the Auchan Rive Gauche shopping center is equipped with a (state registration) number plate recognition system (8 entry / exit points) that is used for identification of monthly subscription holders and mall personnel / service vehicles.
Parking entry and exit stations have intercoms and driver photo fixation tools installed. Parking payment terminals are able to issue penalty tickets: if a driver lost their parking ticket they need to pay a fine, get their penalty ticket (all this is possible without any assistance from the parking operator) and leave the parking area within a specified time window.
What makes this automatic car park unique is its non-standard progressive tariff, which was easily implemented by SEA specialists.
