SSA3000X-R devices are a powerful and flexible tool for complex analysis of radio frequency spectrum and modulated signals. Maximum real-time analysis band is 25 MHz in a basic configuration set (optionally up to 40 MHz). Probability of capturing (POI) signals lasting from 7.2 μs while fully maintaining the accuracy of level measurement is at 100%. Combination of advanced startup circuits and real-time capture bands allows you to capture and analyze pulse or signals that are rarely repeated.
This new series of SIGLENT spectrum analyzers consists of two models that include tracking generators and differ in the operating frequency range: for SSA3050X-R it is within 9 kHz and 5 GHz while SSA3075X-R can reach 7.5 GHz. Digital frequency conversion technology makes it possible to achieve a minimum value of RBW = 1 Hz, providing excellent resolution in spectrum analysis, which is most in demand for the study of neighboring signals (located very close in frequency).
Spectrum analyzers of the SSA3000X-R series have screens with a diagonal of 25.6 cm, high resolution (1024x600) and support for touch control with Multi-Touch technology, which allows you to simultaneously display both numerical data of measurement results (parameters) and spectrograms of signals.
The following signal display options are available in real time:
- Density – signal color gradation. It provides information about the intensity and repeatability of the signal at each point in the spectrum.
- PvT – high-frequency signal envelope.
- 3D – three-dimensional projection of the signal spectrum.
- Spectrogram – signal change history over time
- Combined mode – showing multiple modes on the screen at the same time.
LAN, USB (USB-TMC) and GPIB (optional) interfaces ensure remote access to the analyzer. There are several options for controlling the device from a PC:
- standard EasySpectrum software;
- WebServer via LAN interface;
- standard commands for programmable instruments (SCPI), which is a standard developed by an international consortium of instrumentation manufacturers;
- creating your own software.

New SSA3000X-R series combines a full-featured spectrum and signal analyzer with a real-time spectrum analyzer, with the ability to analyze modulation parameters and preliminary EMC tests. Such device can capture signals with a duration of 7.2 μs in real-time, provides flexibility and versatility.
A set of basic and optional applications allows you to use the analyzer for monitoring and evaluation of speech, cellular communication, IoT, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.
