G510 related to the G5-family which is the latest GSM/GPRS module launched by Fibocom. It adopts one of the most advanced platforms in the industry and the entire baseband processing speed has increased by four times, reaching the main frequency of 208M. On the basis of the superior performance of G6-family and G5-family has realized innovations on numerous technological fronts and are extremely competitive.
The G510 is the smallest wireless module with LCC package and supports GSM/GPRS 850/900/ 1800/1900MHz GPRS supports class 10. G510 can operate on any GSM/GPRS network to provide data communications. It is extremely small in size with a slim mechanical design, which makes it space saving on the application board and easily fitted into any board design. Module has low power consumption and powerful EMC and ESD performance, and has a built-in protocol stack and three serial ports, providing perfect voice call functions and high speed data transmission for customers.
The built around a cost effective 32-bit XCPU RISC core running at up to 312MHz with 4k of Instruction cache and 4k of Data cache, RDA8851BL offers plenty of processing power for multimedia applications. A high performance proprietary 16/32-bit digital signal processing engine can further improve overall performance and user experience when performing complex multimedia tasks.
The G510 is designed as a perfect GSM/GPRS communications solution with all the interfaces, controls and features to support a broad range of applications:

All these features and interfaces are easily controlled and configured using a versatile AT command interface that provides full control over the G510 operation.
