In the development of urban infrastructure, in addition to the construction of roads, the introduction of control systems for urban lighting and traffic, an important role is played by the arrangement of parking lots and parking complexes. They prevent the accumulation of cars on the roadway, increase the safety of cars during parking and replenish the city budget.
Fully automatic parking was launched for the NOVUS supermarket chain in Ternopil. The parking lot, set up with modern equipment of SEA Company’s production, is located at Perlya, 3 str. It saves motorists time due to fast payment through the payment terminal and high bandwidth on the road.
The innovative parking system with SEA Company’s equipment has allowed NOVUS to increase supermarket attendance, as visitors now have a place to park. Previously, the parking lot was clogged with residents of neighboring houses and offices, and, not finding free parking spaces, supermarket customers were forced to leave the parking lot.
Now the tariff is calculated as follows: the first two hours of parking are free, and the next hour marks the beginning of a paid parking service, when the car owner must pay the full rate from the very first minute of the car being left (in case of going over 2 hours) in the parking lot.
