The new QUINT ORING — full redundancy module for din rail from Phoenix Contact

Active redundancy modules monitor the entire backup system, from the input voltage, tripping and wiring to load current. This allows early recognition of operating states and notification of them. This information can be used to localize errors and restore backups. Constant monitoring of the input voltage, output current and the trip area opens up the possibility of preventive control of functioning. Thus, the use of Phoenix Contact QUINT ORING provides full redundancy to the consumer with two positive and two negative output terminals. ACB Technology (Auto Current Balancing) additionally extends the service life of backup power sources due to uniform load distribution and helps reduce installation operating costs. Modern MOSFET technology increases efficiency and allows you to save up to 70 percent of energy. In addition, the built-in overvoltage protection device (Over Voltage Protection) at the output protects connected consumers and loads from overvoltage and increases operational safety.

The surge protection device is available for the first time in a special version and individual orders (OVP level: 26.5 V, 28.8 V, 30 V and 32 V). A temperature range of -40 to +70 °C and compliance with ATEX, IECEx and UL HazLoc ensure the possibility of application in extreme environmental conditions.
